December reunited us briefly in Mexico. Despite the short time, every second counted, renewing Isa’s ID, real life mangers, and memorable nights with her family. Isa’s new haircut made me fall in love with her all over again. She looked so beautiful. Exchanging Christmas gifts (her LEGO Porsche 911 was unbeatable) made me happier than ever. I especially loved going to her family posada. I met her extended family on her dad’s side and had to sing karaoke in front of everyone. Although nervous at first, it got easier with every single cuba and having her by my side always made me a different type of comfortable. We also had an unforgettable experience at an hour-long escape room which was so much fun because it really felt like it was never going to end. We said goodbye and went back to being far away from each other.
